Orgado cream for wound and burns was originally developed for the local and systemic treatment of burns. It has been found that the cream, when applied topically to the burn wounds, liquefies and removes necrotic tissues, meanwhile protects and promotes the regeneration of residual viable skin tissues. During the entire treatment, wounds are kept in a physiological moist environment

02 Details

Orgado wound healing cream is of natural and herbal edible origin.

It is composed of B-sitosterol 0.25% as the main active ingredient. ( sesame oil ) also unique in composition due to it contains, Honey, beeswax, chamomile extract, Dimethicone, Panthenol, Glycerin.

Orgado includes In Its formula all amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins and polysaccharides required for healing.

Properties

Orgado cream provide

Moisture necessary for regeneration and repair (panthenol, Dimethicone, honey)
An anti-inflammatory effect reducing edema (chamomile extract).
The absence of environment suitable for bacterial and fungal colonization.
Nutrition required for wound healing ( sesame oil, beeswax, honey )
complete protection from environmental factors but maintaining drainage and gaseous exchange.

Indications

First-degree burns, fast honest of action of pain relief and the healing, e.g sunburn.
Second-degree burns. In both superficial and deep, Regeneration takes place from hair follicles and glands in the dermis and subcutaneous tissues.
Third degree burns, only to isolate the wound, reduce pain.
Decrease pain, control Infection and expedite healing (Donor site).
Chronic wounds including bed ulcers, diabetic foot. and leg ulcers.
Surgical wounds including obstetrical wounds.
Cracked heels and cracked nipples.

Composition

Orgado cream is composed of :

B-sitosterol 0.25% as the main active ingredient. ( sesame oil ).
Honey
beeswax
chamomile extract
Dimethicone
Panthenol
Glycerin
Includes In Its formula all amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins and polysaccharides required for healing

Dosage and mode of administration

1-Burns

a) First degree burns (Superficial burns)

Orgado cream should be applied as immediately as possible. A thin layer (about 1 mm thickness) should cover the burnt area. It is better 10 keep the wound exposed, but if there is a need, a light dressing can be used. Reapplication should be done 3 to 4 times daily If exposed or twice daily If closed.

b) Second-degree bums

A thin layer of Orgado cream should cover the burnt area and renewed 3 to 4 times daily. Before reapplication. the liquefied necrotic tissue and the residues of the old Orgado cream Should be wiped off gently. It is better to keep the wound exposed. but If there IS a need. a light dressing can be used and a relatively thicker layer (about 3mmthickness) should be applied and renewed twice daily.
Second Phase. Repair period Orgado cream should be applied as before. but less frequently (2 . 3 times daily).

c) Third Phase· rehabilitation period

Orgado cream should be applied as before, but only once daily. Third degree burns Orgado cream should be applied as mentioned before 10 liquefy the necrotic tissue. A thin layer should cover the burnt site and renewed 3 to 4 times daily.

2- Donor Site

A thin layer of Orgado cream should cover the donor site and renewed 3 to 4 times daily if exposed or twice daily if closed.

3- Leg Ulcers

A sterile gauze should be impregnated with Orgado cream and should fill the cavity of the ulcer. and renewed twice daily.

4- Surgical and Obstetricat Wounds

Orgado cream should cover the wound in a relatively thick layer (about 3mm) under a sterile dressing and renewed twice daily.

5- Cracked Nipples

A thin layer of Orgado cream should be applied to the nipple under a light pad. and renewed 3- 4 times daily. Orgado cream is safe for the infant & nursing can proceed without any hazards.
